Great first LH experience!
The family and I just completed our first LH trip (FRA-ATL) and it was fantastic. Late night check in for next morning departure at FRA was a breeze, the flight was full but comfortable, very attentive staff, handled a medical emergency professionally and adeptly and on and on and on.
I had to stop them one by one in baggage claim just to say thanks. They seemed to appreciate that very much. Based on this first experience, there will be many more.
The LH FT board has been just as helpful so many thanks to you all as well.
