Domestic flights on AC within Canada. 50% or 100% miles?

I don't seem to be able to find this information anywhere on LH's site. For travel on AC within Canada, does Miles&More credit 50% or 100% of mileage?

Thank you!

GuyB.

Danke curt!.

I guess I'd still get the 25% Senator bonus even if its 50% off ... ie YVR-YYZ 2077 miles. 1/2 of that is 1078. Then the 260miles still might add something to it.

If you upgrade a ticket domestic Canada you will be rebooked to C class. Does that means you will get 250% if you are a FTL or Sen?

That would mean over 5000 status miles for YVR-YYZ

At least with upgrades on LH metal, the original booking class is credited, not the upgrade class - they do admittedly have their own upgrade class code though.

Would be interesting to see if the computers are intelligent enough to see the difference between an upgraded "C" and paid "C" - I'm sure they must have thought about this - surely?

Guy Betsy is right (but curts chart is more valueable), additional 25% exec. bonus on status miles.

kempis, besides the possible loophole, I do not see upgrade possibilities with M&M miles on Canadian domestic routes. Do I miss something?

Aeroplan elite members can upgrade AC flights that is booked in H class and above and I just wonder what would happen if I change from my Aeroplan account til my Miles and More account at check in.

I did this last week - upgraded 3 days out, changed to M&M at the machine and got 250% of the mileage. For a YYZ-YUL flight, I got 2500 1 - way. Not bad at all. If you try to do it with an agent, it will be refused.

Intresting that AC only credit AC flights booked in C class with 100% of mileage.

SAS EuroBonus do the same(on C class bookings on AC operated flights), which means no business class mileage only economy class.

SAS used to credit C class on AC with 200% but they changed that about one year ago and I wouldnt be surprised if AC had something to do with it.

but still LH gives out 250% which is intresting..

So the only way to change is to use the machine?

I hold status with LH, that is why 250%. Normally it would only be 200%.

The thing that I thought was intresting is that LH still gives business class mileage for C when neither AC or Sk does. Is there any other star airline that dont give C class mileage for C class on AC?
