Prices / LH C -> HKG
 

Hi all,

just checked prices on LH website for my flight in April (26.4 - 2.5.) to HKG and couldn't trust my eyes...
Last november i got a ticket for € 2760 (ex FRA) - now same route €3700?? :td:



Any suggestions on getting something cheaper? Starting in MUC or BRU would be ok for me too.... (or another airline ? - direct flights only...)

with LH to HKG ex BRU or LHR in business class is 3100Euros-much cheaper is ex MXP(2700) and of course ATH ( approx. 2000). Do not know ex LUX sometimes good offers with Swiss?

Your main problem is that you want direct flights. As already mentioned by the previous poster, adding a connection in Europe significantly decreases the price.

The cheap fares for this time were already gone as of October last year. Remember, that there is the world's largest gift trade show in HKG at this time.

so, i have to think about a stop-over...

Though not direct flight, Qatar offers affordable C fare to HKG ex FRA, MUC for about EUR 2300, and you earn miles on M&M.

and as far as I can see, there are also seats in Z on LH ex FRA !!! So why not book LH's Z fare , but hurry only until 60 days in advance !!!!
