Yes, the transfer desk in MUC rebooked me into D class (CRWSTAR1) and I then immediately got a seat in F. They even gave me a €30 MCO voucher for food & drink which I thankfully declined as I would not be needing it in the FCL

Just had to call back twice until all segments got confirmed (within 2 days). Routing on flight back had to be changed, as there was no availability for my preferred DEN-FRA or DEN-MUC routing on LH.

Which route/airline did you book and which class?
DUS-FRA-ACC-FRA-AMS in Y (outbound) and C (inbound)

How many pax and how many award miles?
1x50000

How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?
7 weeks

Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?
yes, although I had to fly from DUS instead of AMS on the outbound. Also on the day I made the reservation C was not available on the outbound FRA-ACC. As I was short of some miles to book both directions in C anyway, I am happy with Y on the outbound. I could have bought the miles after C became available two days after my initial reservation but in the end I decided to save the money and test the new monitors in Y on the A333.

Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?
Observed availability for quite a while online. Called once to make a reservation, a second time to confirm it (and change the time of the FRA-AMS sector), and a third time to change my seat assignment to row 3 of the A333. I was very happy with every call. ^ I am not that happy that they only issued the ticket after they increased the fuel surcharge although I booked and they deducted the miles before the increased fuel surcharge came into effect.

Yes, both times

Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)? How often did you have to check/call until you got the seats?

- Which route/airline did you book and which class?
2 pax in C: CPH-VIE-BKK//BKK-SIN//BKK-VIE-CPH on OS/LX. Later outbound rebooked to LH CPH-FRA-SIN. On the day of inbound/return flight, VDB as OS BKK-VIE oversold and rebooked to TG/SK BKK-FRA-CPH + 2 x 900 EUR OS vouchers + nice room at Novotel

- How many pax and how many award miles?
120K + 33K and 60K + 16.5K (SEN Comp). Had to pay for BKK-SIN separately as two stop-overs not allowed; was later refunded when outbound rerouted.

- How many days/weeks/months did you book in advance?
9 months, outbound rerouted 1½ months before dep.

- Have you been able to book your preferred dates of travel?
Yes, but direct LH flight to SIN not available. Called SEN line i DE 1½ monts before dep. and got waitlisted for FRA-SIN - cleared after two hours (despite flight showing C9 D0 Z0) Tikcets reissued and miles for separate ticket BKK-SIN refunded ^

- Were you happy with the award booking procedure (e.g. online/by phone)?
Initial booking w/ M&M Dublin: No. First booked us w/ OS to LX connection at BKK undercutting MCT by 5 min. (told me that it was OK) and later Gütersloh refused to issue tickets. Had to book and pay separate ticket BKK-SIN on LX w/ 25 hours inconvenient stopover. Was also told that no point in being waitlisted for FRA-SIN on LH as no more seats would be released

SEN Line i DE: outstanding.
