Only had to call once and everything was settled. Had the respective flights on my screen in the ANA tool and pointed them out to the agent. No problems at all, done in 10 minutes.

Only thing I don't like is that the fuel surcharges have gone through the roof. 18 months ago we paid for two similar trips (Switzerland - New Zealand)

They changed my flight to SQ 318 in R which means my first flight on the Airbus A 380 will be in a Singapore Airlines Suite.

Originally yes, very helpful (phone). As mentioned, I had originally booked the return on LX F through ZRH. As I checked my information on checkmytrip a few days later, I found that my return flight on LX was not confirmed. After calling M&M, they confirmed that the flight had been cancelled without notifying me . They rebooked me on the LH MUC flight later that same evening.
