How long for Member gets Member ?

Hello,

A month ago, I enlisted a new M&M member throurg the member gets Member program.

This friend flew on march 2nd ORD-FRA-PRG on a UA W ticket. The Transatlantic sector was operated by UA. So normally, he will get enough miles.

NEither he, nor me, have become the 2000 miles.

Any experience with it ?

In january I enlisted two collegues. The same day they were flying, I received the 2000 bonus miles. Don't know whether they received theirs.

Don't think so (yet). AFAIK you receive the bonus as soon as the new member has accumulated at least 3,000 miles. I think W earns only 50 % of the miles flown, so ORD-FRA-PRG is not enough. Wait till the return flight has been completed and your bonus miles should appear.

Apart from the 3,000-miles-rule mentioned above, bonus miles are posted very fast. If the new member flies LH they post within two days or so after the qualifying flight. For partner airlines it takes about a week.
