I can only reiterate: TLV is consistently offering the best and most useful PA service. Inbound and outbound.
Always pick up from plane in a airconditioned van. Drop off right infront passport control, they help you to the aircrew/diplomats booth and if you ask them, stay with you during the passport check in case you need some help with translation..
Real time saver.. A couple of month ago the meaning of a priority luggage tag seem to have been explained to the baggage handlers and since then my suitcase is always one of the first on the belt.. So in all I am quicker out of TLV then out of FRA or even MUC.
Outbound, you give the PA service a call when you reach the outer perimeter highway security check and they will await you at gate 03, go with you through the whole process, make you jump every line. In case you get a more thorough check, they even make you jump the lane there and while security sifts through your stuff, they check you in, return with ticket and passport, guide you upstairs via elevator and put you into the shortest line at the 2nd security screening.
And if you ask nicely, they also get you a buggy to your gate.
If you arrive too late, they organize that you get completely screened before check in, get a security guard to stay with you until you have your ticket and make you jump the second screening completely. BUT this is NOT a regular feature, only in case of emergency.
Last week it took me less than 30mins from the door to the gate, given the fact I am no israeli resident, not member of the tribe, traveling alone, on business and am below 40 years of age and clean shaven, I guess that is quite spectacular. So speaking of thank you notes: thank you Lauffer Aviation for a great service.

Since nobody showed up we can't know whether he/she had good connections, right? I assume you read above where others confirmed recent good experiences having someone MEET then & help...
I'm not going to complain about the wait time, first of all since it really wasn't long (much better than 2hrs i had to wait once in the summer), and secondly since it wouldn't be LH's fault after they showed up. Anyway, I won't complain about it, I'll just send them a short "did you know" type e-mail.

Does anyone have any experience with the PA's at CGK? We're having a 1:40h connection from LH to a domestic Air Asia flight and a speedy immigration and luggage handling would be very helpful.

Strange..never once in my 5-8 trips in LH F to TLV have i been escorted off the plane upon arrival. Always had to haul myself to passport control.

SIN is a fantastic airport and incredibly efficient. HON arrival service doesn't add value as your way from the gate to your taxi will be done in 15 minutes anyway - including picking up your luggage...

No idea how this is decided- or if there are exceptions at all? I was sitting in the SQ C lounge and someone paged me- I went to the desk and a person was waiting to escort me to my flight. I didn't ask for it, and was flying C, so ??? Perhaps next time someone is flying LH out of SIN they can ask about it?
