happy digits and credit card payment and karstadt

since it is probably worthless to start a happy digits thread, i am adding to the payback one...

is it possible to pay at karstadt with a credit card (Lufthansa or Amex) and double dip via collecting happy digits? I think at some point it didnt work and one needed to work around with gift vouchers. But as I have a 4digit karstadt bill to pay, I was wondering, if someone paid karstadt with his (NON HAPPY DIGIT) credit card and collected happy digits?

By the way: It is NOT possible to change Happy digits "digits" to any other "mile" currency. So if you don't really stick to that Arcandor trade-up and sometimes a bit arrogant behaviour:Kaufhof would be the better address in the future.

But for you actual bill (Karstadt/Arcandor) . Pay it with your credit card and use the happy digits (collecting) card at the same time.

Side notes: Happy digits points can be paid out as real money when writing a letter to Happy Digits. Hope this helps.

So do payback points, as the name suggests

1 point equals 0.01€, minimum 1000 points i.e. 10€.

It took a while, now real welcome/extra points got credited. Aral welcome didn't work that way.

thanks. i will do that. It was a tough decision, but matraces and frames were just a lot better and staff was sooo helpful. I would have loved to spend 1000 Euro at dänisches bettenlager and received 10 fache Willkommensmeilen - but their products couldnt convince me.

I'm glad that we have our PAYBACK programme in Poland started 16.09.2009
