Question about LOT C-class seating on ERJ-145

I have 3 segments coming up on LOT ERJ-145 in business class. This is probably a very uncomfortable plane, but still can anybody suggest what seats are better? Looks like the seating configuration is 1 + 2, so I should probably pick a single "A" seat. How about "1A"? Does it have better legroom?
Thanks!!!
Anton

ERJ - best seats

Overall Bussiness Class is configured the same as Economy 1x2.
Row 1A is not the best option due to noise from the galley.
Just choose one of the seats C or D .
European LOT flights are not overbooked in C (usually) - so you will have both seats for yourselves.
Have a nice time with LOT...

As I've a well padded frame, I always opt for the single A seats. Two people side by side in a 145 can be a very intimate experience!

I agree with Raf that the double seat is a better choice, I've hardly ever seen C-class booked more than 2/3, so most likely the seat next to you will be left free.

Another problem on the regional routes served by the ERJs is the food service. At numerous occasions, I was served exactly the same meal in C-class on two segments on one day, with no other option available (unless you preorder vegie food). Meals are LOT's greatest weakness, IMHO (plus, maybe, ground service).
