Similar issue here: when I log in on any browser with my travel ID, or with my service card, I see no upcoming flights at all anymore. I only see them in the App.

It amazes me how LH & LX manage to make their already poor IT even worse.
The only credit I give them is that they're consistent in messing things up.

Lol what a clusterf*ck. I just spent 10 minutes trying to log in to LH.com or LX.com on Chrome and Safari, normal or incognito mode. In all cases, I get immediately logged out after submitting my TravelID username and password. LH group seems intent on challenging AC for the title of the most incompetent airline IT department...

Thankfully, logging in (and staying logged in) on the LH/LX mobile apps still seem to work.

I thought that, too, for a while.
Now I've changed my opinion.

LH would be better off to fire everyone in IT, because that department is working against LH, not for it.

Asking the swarm intelligence here: has the TravelID situation stabilized or is it still a mess?

LH is getting trickier, trying to push the migration to the TravedID, I can only avoid it by clicking on the back button of the browser after logging on when they want to push me towards migrating to the TravelID.

TIA!

They seem to have resolved most of the issues, but there's no guarantee with LH IT. I'd bite the bullet at this point, though.

But do you still have a choice? A few weeks ago something had changed, and I could not log on anymore on Miles&More without activating the Travel ID. (up to that moment, I'd always been able to skip it.)

Anyway, after that activation I haven't noticed anything different. Still logging on with my M&M card number now...

That screen does look like your only option is to activate travel ID but if you just click "back" you'll be logged in and able to use the site without activating.

Yep, I'm clicking on the 'back' button for now, easy going no issues so far, not converting to TravelID for now.

Did someone manage to store his/her travel documents (passport, KTN) in the Travel.ID profile? Tried several times, and every time I get the message that the passport number is wrong (it isn’t).

Is there any secret trick to it? Or just rubbish Lufthansa IT?
