TravelID: common sign on to all M&M and LH Group websites/apps

I actually called M&M helpline out of interest. Phone answered very quickly by a friendly agent who asked me what I needed help with. I explained my problem, wasn't sure they totally understood it, but they put me on hold to see if there was anything they could do (although they'd taken no details from me?). Came back to say usually with my sort of problem there was a workaround they could do on the phone, but as it happens that system isn't working today (hahaha Lufthansa IT!)

Interestingly he did say to go onto the M&M website > Help and Support > Data Protection & Profile Settings and to fill out the form there. That way it will go to the correct "back office" team who deal with this sort of stuff. No idea if it will work or not, but may help others who are having log in/account issues.

After changing to Travel ID, my profile affiliation has changed from Swiss to Lufthansa. Any idea how to change the M&M airline back to Swiss? I can't find it anywhere in Settings!

Quick question: I got a flowery e-mail from Swiss indicating that they have an improved booking engine and it is possible to add payment methods in the Travel-ID profile. From the process I can see that you have the possibility to select travel companions for a new booking. However I have no clue how to add travel companions to my profile... (which was possbile in the past, and allowed my to book my familiy without entering all details manually for all persons...)

Anyone knows how to do this?

I like the fact that they are encouraging you to store your credit and debit card numbers in your profile.

Given LH's previous IT issues, no way is that happening.

I can log into normal LH app & M&M, i have not signed up for any of their improvements

I can't log into my M&M profile since yesterday, neither website (no matter what browser) nor App. Not sure anymore whether I signed up for TravelID or not - but if I try to log in with username / Password it shows "you cannot login", and if I use TravelID, it says: "Technical Error".

Called the Senator Hotline, answer: "yes, we know, there are a lot of problems. Report them via the "Technical Problem" contact form on the website. But it will take about a month before you hear back from them"
I said that I would like to look for a miles redemption flight to the US, he said: you have to call us and we can do it. I responded: but I wanted to check different options / timings etc - he said: "yes, we are here".
Now you know why the hotlines might be blocked for some time...

another issue is that I have to login into M&M app every time after close/open the app, so annoying especially I also set face id for 30 days. #facepalm

Problem registering for new Miles and More User ID

Miles and More no longer allows me to use my service card number to access my account. I attempted to register under the new system using my e-Mail address. The problem is M&M requires me to select a password that includes a special character, but the character cant be from a long list they specify, which seems to include every special character on the keyboard!

Can anyone suggest a workaround?

I would NOT register for a new TravelID until they have sorted out the mess. Where does it say you can't login with your service number? I don't have a travelID and always sign in with my 'old' M&M username (which have since 2000).

Likewise: i have been using the normal service card log in only , seems to work without a hitch ....
Changing my mobile nr online in M&M profile however , with 2 step authentication , reply with a comforting computer says no AND with no confirmation sms at all

For me it works.
I got email from M&M and PA contacted me to let me know that ID is now fully operational.
The only problem I see is now I have notifications from across the LH network in the same time.
so Lufthansa, Swiss and Brussel reminding me about check in/boarding/delay in the same time, regardless of the brand I fly.

Question: I finally registered for TravelID, but when logging in to the website, I only see half of my flights. When trying to add them by entering PNR and name, I can see the booking, but it is not added to TravelID.
