Must I log-in to use the iOS app?
Hi all,
I recently just downloaded the app on my iPhone. However, I realised I cannot use any function unless I create an account or log-in... Is it true for everyone too? It is very inconvenient...

I have the same issue, so stupid that I can’t use the app without being forced to have an account. I deleted the stupid app. funnily enough, on the OS and LX apps, there is no problem using them without an account, I was under the impression now that the booking engine on the website and the app UX for all 3 airlines have been merged and are similar…

You can use some of the functions in the app... just click on "continue as guest"

funnily, that option to continue as guest never existed for me…

Same here.. I tried both the English and French version and this button does not exist.. what iOS is this?

That option is on the start screen of the android version... 🤷‍♂️

The screenshot is from my iPhone 11Pro with iOS 15.6 and the latest Lufthansa App Version 8.9.3. iPhone set to use English Lanugage and Region set to Germany

But it worked for me that way for years.

I downloaded the app after reading your post and the guest option was there. This was on my iPhone 13 mini with iOS 15.6
