Multiple Delays ex-Italy on July 17
So far
OS524 ex VCE is 3h10 delayed
OS536 ex FLR is 3h30 delayed
LX1711 ex NAP is 3h50 delayed
LX1737 ex FCO is 5h25 delayed
These delays have been posted almost 24 hours in advance. Apparently pilots and FAs are striking at Easyjet, Ryanair, Volotea, Malta Air and CrewLink.
Curious why LH owned airlines are affected

You managed to get to MUC ontime in your last thread
Across Europe there is Armageddon at airports that got rid of Staff & airlines that did the same, they then sold tickets that they could not possibly provide a service for & in addition it’s a huge weather event, too much heat

Air traffic controllers from ENAV are striking between 1400 and 1800 today, which is causing the delay to LH group flights.
Certainly some airports and airlines got rid of too many employees the last 2 years, but this doesn't apply across the board and is not the cause of these delays. I have had some pleasant airport experiences the last month or so.
