OS - No Seat selection in Business?
I have brought up my OS Business reservation (made through UA) and it will not allow me to chose a seat. Is this usual?

Me too for a flight ATH - IAD 28 July at J not allow on both sites ua or os !

i have the same issue on a ticket bought through qr

qr will not let me select the seat as its not a qr flight
os will not let me choose a seat as they did not sell the ticket

I cannot find a phone number for the US. How do you contact this airlines?

I checked from BKK and they are charging 233 Euros to select a seat. Ridiculous and its a P fare.

I think we had this discussion before that LH Group is blocking seat map if you are booked on UA-marketed/LH Group-operated flight. So nothing new...

Download the OS app, put the Amadeus PNR and your name and as it happened to me, you will be able to choose your seats. If your are LH group elite, make sure your FFP number is in the reservation.

I try just now with Austrian app and miles and more log in acount and ...... same NOT POSSIBLE !

Business class , already at the time of booking via United's site select seats for my returning also business from ewr to Ath , and Ath to vie , not possible till before to select the leg from Vienna to iad ....

You may wish to try the website https://www.austrian.com/ch/en/login without logging in, just use your PNR and name. I had a similar problem before with an award ticket.

I've got an award issued by a partner for VIE-YUL. Was able to choose my seat a while ago but it won't me access seat selection anymore.

It's strange because the seat map appears for a split second as the page loads, before being replaced by the error message saying seats can't be chosen.
