everything is ok funny thing seen that everytime it took almost a year to flight 30 segments. Last year in november my status FTL has been prolonged til 02.24 and now we have a march and I have already 32000 miles and next weeks fly to GDN via WAW in LOT Business so will reach FTL til 02.26 but till end of June trying to achieve first and last time Senator status

Received 10K miles for a crazy amount of 14.50 Euro ........ , happy on one side & sad on the other as not sure I really agree with the promotion but hey we are all addictive to maintain status & this could make the difference come December.

I got an email from LH today: (translated from German)
As I'll write back to them, AFIK there is no way to see which flight of my 5 it would have been as all 5 are marked as compensated the same way in Compensaid. Somehow not surprised by all this but I don't trust them—I'd rather immediately reach out than risk loosing miles or spending weeks tracking them down.

I can second that; for all LH and MM issues that I don't call in about I submit an email/ticket on mm.com, always logged in as a SEN, and generally hear back quite quickly.
