Currently I am neither able to login onto LH.com or miles and more, nor am I able to book a flight via the app or the homepage using my credit card...
That is totally insane.
As I dont have all pnrs at hand, I am not even able to track down my bookings in order to rebook.

I turned on 2FA ages ago, yet have never actually ever received a 2FA challenge. Also goodness knows why they're doing it via text and not offering an authenticator app option as well. Plus they really, really, really need to turn off the option to login using your service card number and five digit PIN. I mean, we're in 2021....

And I congratulate you on the fact that, despite 13 years of erosion of HON perks -- beginning with Der Wolf and continuing through the depredations of CLIMB, SCORE, senior management's indifference to fifth-rate IT and tenth-rate service from the CPT call center and eternal annoyance that HONs and SENs would expect LH to live up to the listed (and unlisted) benefits of "elite" status -- you appear to have retained hope that senior management will see the light.

Unable to check in in-app due to not having a visa(!)
Me, a UK passport holder travelling to Germany as a tourist.
Unable to check in online - the check-in process halted - as I don't have a visa(!)
(For the avoidance of doubt, no visa is necessary.)
I'll put it down to an IT glitch and sort it out at the airport tomorrow, but it's irritating.
