Overnight transfer coming from high-risk countries

Hey.
What happens if I book a Spain-FRA/MUC-XXX with overnight connection in Germany?
Being Spain a high risk country nowadays, would I have to stay in the Schengen boarding zone for the entire night or would the Police allow me to go out and go to a hotel?

Thanks

Get a test done in Spain, (with result in English) and they will let you roam free.
