OS Business Class service during COVID
 

Has anything changed/been cut dramatically or is business as usual? Flying SKP-VIE-ORD soon.

Flew shorthaul C with them two weeks ago and service onboard was back to normal. I’d expect same for longhaul C.

Longhaul is a seriously good business class product, though, so it would be a shame if it went to the wall. I would say OS business service approaches that of first on other airlines. As for shorthaul, it's pretty decent too, certainly better than Lufthansa or SWISS.

But they don't have Bailey's, which Lufthansa does have on board! :)

I seem to remember that they had some excellent Austrian wines, including a Spätburgunder from the Neusiedler See region of Burgenland, among others. I recollect the service being old school and attentive, with pretty decent food even on short hops like VIE-DUS and VIE-ZRH.

Any update to this? Is Service back to normal?

LX/OS/LH service in C is normal.
