... All from a packet... Really they might as well not bother.

If someone has to be there to serve the catering, someone could be there to prepare the real FCL/FCT food offering. Of course they would need to use gloves, masks, sanitiser etc... But I dont see why a pandemic has to mean a McDonalds menu.

The smoked salmon, as described on the menu, sounds the same as the pre-corona version so that's positive. Obviously, it's from a package since I don't expect the FCL/FCT staff to be fishing for salmon in the Rhein and then smoking it themselves...
