Status Miles Promotion
My partner got 5000 status miles credited under “Correction: Status Miles Promotion” on 31st of Jan. Any idea what that is?
She missed SEN by a few miles last year, so I was wondering if this might actually be from last year as the only had one flight this year, where everything was correct...

Check what it says under 'status management'? If the miles were used for last year the status would have updated...?

Status wasn’t updated yet but was there any status miles promotion in January that I might have missed?!
If not, it can only be related to 2019, which would mean she has reached SEN with 100,036 miles...
