LOT JFK-BUD in coach

guys - how bad is LOT's service in coach and how are the seats/entertainment? I'm seeing some pretty bad blog entries and wanted to validate before flying them that they are really quite bad

Comments?
Thx

I travelled only in premium economy with them to Singapore and I found ther product great in that class.
I am not qualified to comment economy as I havenĒt tried it but from the pictures, other comments and what I saw on the plane myself I think ití s fine, the same standards as other european airlines.
The 787 looks nice and modern, IFE is good, I guess you get 2 meals. Wine and beer included. You have a self service bar with drinks in the rear, with wine bottles included ( saw myself). Cabin crew polite, some may seem distant or cold, cultural thing I guess. ( i belong to Slavic people myself I know)
the only negative may be that they are often late, some organization problem ) but if you donít have connection it wonít be a problem

I sort of flew this a few weeks ago, I say sort of since my O/D was JFK-BUD but I flew JFK-WAW-BUD and it was on Air Belgium 330s, no non-stop the day I flew, and if going in Y Id do it again to avoid LOs metal at least in Y AirBel was 2-4-2 in Y

Also beware: out of 14 B787 aircraft, 3 are grounded due to ongoing Trent engine problems. They leased 2 Air Belgium A340's, but if something goes wrong it goes wrong. At least you can claim EU compensation
