LOT 29 Cancelled
 
Any idea why LOT 29 WAW-MIA was cancelled today? 30 August 2019. Cant find any info on EF... or for that matter the airline.... 31st flight not cancelled so I doubt it was because of the Hurricane. Thanks.... Jon

Lack of operable aircrafts. Longhaul LO fleet consists of 787 (both 800 and 900 versions); some of them grounded due to engine (RR) issues. LOT is addressing the problem by wet-leasing 343 from Air Belgium, but occasionally has to cancel some flights at no notice.
