aisle access at bulkhead rows in OS 763 and LH 359

aisle access at bulkhead rows in OS 763 and LH 359
I have two trans-atlantic flights coming up on OS and LH, and have quick questions about seating:
Eastbound YUL-VIE on an OS 763 in PE: Does bulkhead seat 10A or 10K have OK access to the aisle? From photos is looks like a lot of room, but I can’t tell how much footrest for the aisle seats might impeded access.
Similar question for westbound MUC-YVR on an LH 359: Seat 28A/K seems to have limitless leg room, with the potential for easy aisle access via bulkhead row 27. Is is indeed possible to access the aisle via row 27 without excessively disturbing the passengers in that row?
