SAS segments not counting
 
This Eastern we went on vacations to Norway flying SAS (4 flights). I got the award and status miles credited but the segments did not count. Is this the expected result?

According to this, I would suppose so:

As part of our Silver Promotion “Become a Frequent Traveller with 30 flights”, we offer you the opportunity of qualifying for Frequent Traveller Status with 30 flight segments, providing these flights are operated by Lufthansa, Eurowings, Adria Airways, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Luxair or SWISS. Just to add: Codeshares also do not work. So booking a SK flight with a LH flight number won't count towards status qualification.

Interesting, in OW I never had problems as long as the operating carrier qualified.

Then it is the same. For a SK flight on LH flight number, the operating carrier is SK and they are not part of the fully integrated Miles&More airlines, so no status segment.

I thought in OW the marketing carrier was what determines the earning, status segment count an elite benefits rather than the metal?
