05JUN and 07JUN LH576 FRA-CPT permitted to take off after FRA curfew?

It appears that 05JUN and 07JUN LH576 to CPT took off from FRA at 23:07 and 23:14 respectively. Any insight why these flights were allowed to take off regardless of the FRA 23h curfew? Any chance that this (IMO ridiculous) curfew is less vigorously enforced now?

EDIT: It appears that at least for 07JUN a lot of flights were allowed to take off past 23h. so probably some operational or weather issue.

When there are a number of flights affected by adverse weather conditions the curfew may be lifted to allow departures after 23h as discussed in this thread: LH778 FRA-SIN 10APR - allowed to take off after curfew?
