New M&M UI [website] started April 11, 2019
Looks like M&M has been completely revamped. Maybe that's why they've been so incompetent before? 10% helping on current version, 90% working on new version?
Wondering what others think of the spiffy new UI...

Am I the only one to think that usability gets worse with every "new" release? The waste so much real estate on the screen that it's ridiculous. I wonder what the reaction of the UX gurus in my team would be if I show them this webpage...

It's awful.
My common use of the old site was to quickly check what a particular fare class would earn in status miles.
I've just spent 10 minutes poking around and still haven't found anything equivalent on the new site.

Aaargh, how I wished I had booked my award ticket yesterday and not today! Took me forever.
This was my first screen, by the way. And yes, there were two buttons for choosing location: Germany or Germany... then the next page was headlined [SALUTATION] and the content was so blown up it felt like when you’re sitting on the very first row at the movies, I had to zoom the page to 50%...

Well, I certainly hope the release of the new M&M website was a glitch as it is obviously in a state ready only for alpha testing.
Who in their right mind could have released such a user-unfriendly site full of bugs, errors, typos, unfinished error messages and broken links to their customers?

Sorry guys but are you serious?
It just took me two clicks (Spend Miles -> Flights) to get to a very easy and user-friendly booking system:

From there you directly get to the former booking platform, which shows all the various flight options as before.
Maybe it's only a problem because it's a change/something new again!

Haven’t tried it today, good if they fixed it since yesterday morning although it was yesterday that I needed it, not today.

It needs to work all the time not occasionally, if I need a lottery I will use one
