So let me get this straight, if I were to fly through FRA during the security strike, I could get to my departing gate so long as I don't have to clear security again? If so, does this also mean I can use the dark alleyways and trains to get to the other terminals or are all the other concourses sealed off from one another? What about passport control of transit security?

Will depend on any next phase of strikes, transit security operated in FRA, they entirely closed originating security.
Passport control was unaffected.

Does anyone know if the security at the FCT was impacted by the strike? Would kind of suck to have a 10,000 EUR flight booked only to find out you can't board the flight due to a strike!

I imagine it must have been, the same security company does the FCT, so someone else would have been ‘strike breaking’ .
Anyone booked in F would have been pre warned. HON’s Also.

The good news is: No more strikes until the negotiations on Jan 23.

Let's hope no more strikes after that, but I am not so shure.

Hopefully not, strikes in transport sector should be forbidden, only works because they take travellers hostage!!!!

The got three raises (Feb 19, Jan 20 and Jan 21) and unusually high ones, too (3.x-9.x percent per raise). But they did not get the 20€ an hour base pay the had asked for.

All regions now have the same wage rates, and the agreed hikes will take the average rate to 19EUR/h.

I wouldn't bet too much on it as they are now frustrated, that it's only 19,01€ and not 20€ and that they won't get it right away.
