M & M expiring mid 2019

Hi

I have 467k miles & my wife has 380k miles - we are London based.

Would like to use the miles on a single journey (1st class) but impossible to book any reward flights, and the App is naff compared the the BA one.

Suggestions most welcome. Thanks

Pick up the phone and call. In the meantime if you are worried about miles expiring consider getting an M&M credit card.

Too bad that Mileage Pooling doesn't work outside of Germany, Austria & Switzerland. That could help. But I agree, do pick up the phone and call M&M.

Where would you like to go to?
Aircraft with first class are decreasing. Better business class like first class a decade ago.

Consider these Award booking services - a list and some reviews

Thats a lot of miles & enough for 2 return trips in F (O) to USA or Africa. 170k return.
M&M is having technical issues & you may need to call to complete the booking anyway.
If you are SEN you can book LX F awards but you have to call LX SEN line to do so.

Or get the M&M credit card to keep your miles alive but carefully check the T&C on that.

If you are flexible there are F awards to be had.

Ok,
And your happy with that, given your large mileage stash?
If not, keep calling for LH F availability on the outbound , opens up more widely T-14

Was offered F on Air China, but preferred business on SWISS and timing worked better. Thanks for your tip on LH 1st - will try closer to the time.
