Do they at least provide alternative arrangements, such as preferred use of the showers in the adjacent SEN lounge?
And maybe extra ducks to make up for the inconvenience?

The Hilton is the closest hotel to the terminals, but still quite a haul from the satellite and, worst of all, landside, i.e. one would have to go through security again. (I stayed there recently before an early departure.)

That's a double-bummer: no hot water and no ducks. Somebody really dropped the ball there.

Doubt many will want to schlep over to the Hilton for a shower....
At least the Pommery Louise is still flowing, no Ducks, no operable Showers & no Louise, one might lose the will to live

So you can only take a bath in hopefully cold Cuvée Louise now.

I used to travel weekly to Munich, though through Terminal 1, and what a dump that terminal is. It looks like everything was an after thought especially passport control. And only one place to eat with same menu every day, no matter which concourse you're in and both BA and Priority Pass lounges were mediocre.
