would someone with Access to a GDS or any other magic source be kind enough to look up why the above flights MUC-MXP-MUC got cancelled?

Mrs. cas_de did attend a conference in MIlan and was booked on the late LH1863 with a FLEX fare. She did rebook to LH1861 using the FLEX fare's free same day rebooking option and then 1861 got canceled. She got rebooked on OS MXP-VIE-MUC and ended up arriving exactly three hours after the STA of 1861. Regarding a potential EU261 claim - does the original flight 1863 count as the STA to use as a baseline or would a claim be justified based on the fact that she arrived exaclty three hours late, based on the STA of 1861?
