Manual Reprice - what happens to Seats those are already assigned
Wanted to know the general behavior for Manual Reprice - what happens to Seats those are already assigned:
- Agent books the PNR (with outbound and inbound flights).
- Seat for only outbound is assigned.
- Agent issues the ticket.
- Now, agent deletes the inbound and adds new inbound flight.
- Agent does the manual price for both the flights (outbound and inbound).
"Since the manual pricing happened after the seat was priced, I am unable to reprice the previously selected seat for the outbound flight."There is no issue if the Manual pricing is done first and then seats are selected after.
