FRA airport flight restrictions ?
My flight to Frankfurt LH 1095 has just been cancelled just before boarding. The reason announced was that there is bad weather in FRA and flights are not allowed to land. However, when I check airport site it shows flights taking off and landing.
is is possible to get official reason for flights cancellation from somewhere ?

There is no way to get an 'official' reason, but as I am sat in Frankfurt writing (and can see the airport from my building) this then I can tell you that the weather here is fine and it has been the whole day. It is overcast, there have been a few rain drops during the day but no real showers. There is just a light wind and no thunderstorms close by (although there might be later).
So I'm afraid that the reason you have been given sounds false to me!
