Sorry, missed your question earlier.

I'd choose BA's short haul cabin over others on longer routes as they still provide much better service in J than other carries, including AY. I did those trips solely to try the AY's A359 (haven't flown before) and to attend the Tallinn DO.
Is there another good connection you could use with BA and another OW carrier?

AFAIK only AY via HEL or QR via DOH will be the only oneworld options for TLL in a near future.

There is but you never know, LOT may decide to launch an all-business LCY-WAW (or LO1) service post-Brexit, inclusive of pre-clearance at Canary Wharf

I can only find through fares in Business class (both just via WAW and via WAW and BUD but surprisingly not WAW and VNO).

Id wondered if its happened already. I know SQ have a business class only A350 running non stop between SIN and JFK (I hope its the right NYC airport and airport code for SQs hub) and I think more airlines are following this model for some flights.

On a slight side note, are LOTs E70 and E75 approved for landing at LCY? Looking at the FR24 departure screen for LCY, most aircraft operating out of there are Embraer jets either 170, 175 or 190. Only Swiss are using A220s and there are a couple of Dash 8s and Saabs operating but they are the minority.

Only the E190s (and not the 195s).

BA operates BA1/2 using a single Airbus A318 aircraft in business class-only config, it flies from LCY (with a technical stop at SNN) to JFK, then direct return back to LCY.

a little OT but . AFAIK the OW connection from TLL to LHR would be AY to HEL and then BA or AY to LHR. IF BA still have code shares to TLL then then since you are on AY metal you use the lounge. Megaloman mention QR. I never saw them at TLL, only at HEL.

Ah OK. Would LO need to ask for permission?
