Seems likely based on the load, 30 people onboard, 26 pax and four crew.

Three weeks ago greeted as Gold on KRK-WAW and again greeted as Gold on KBP-WAW last week.

However, it was the same young male Purser both times I think he’s the only one who does it.

Talking Putin is blocking Siberia for LO?

Looking at the path of today's LO97 (WAW-ICN) Siberia is blocked for LO. The flight is over Black Sea and will probably fly over Kazakhstan and China:

ETA into ICN is not yet updated...

It says ETA is 9:30am, about 30 minutes delayed. Why would LO be blocked from Siberian path?

The decision behind not flying over Russia is mostly commercial. It costs a pretty penny to use te Siberia routes, so if the weather is favorable and fuel cheap...

remember having a few roundtrips between MUC and PVG in 346 in 2006. 14 hours flight time, scenic route over Black Sea, Tehran to China, all the way to Beijing and turning south from there. Endless flights, especially if one didn't have a buklhead seat and didn't know how to make the SlipperySlopeTM seat flat... Time flies indeed.

So looks like WAW-ICN flies over Kazakhstan on consistent basis and arrives into ICN more or less on time. ICN-WAW flies over Siberia with the exception of the April 13 flight when it overflew Kazakhstan and was almost 2 hours late...

That's good. Not long to wait for some plonk. You mean lounges excluding WRO and GDN which still have it ? (I think-WRO is mostly shut)

My LOT reservation says Boeing 737-800, it's an Economy Class only flight to a holiday destination (one of LO8xxx) and I have been surprised by this seat map with a separate business class seats section, is this a leased aircraft?
Somehow I couldn't grab one of these front seats online, but I called LOT SEN line and 1F it is.

Looks like you are on an ex-9W aircraft with proper C-class. Congrats!

Is this LOT seat plan 1-2-1 correct?
I thought Jet Airways had 2-2 layout in C.

No, it’s 2-2 that’s LWF/G. Those are the two they will use on DXB and otherwise are sent on the longer routes with C for the moment.

Basia has rolled out Plusgrade to short-haul (again, last time was years ago) the jump is straight to C and the prices are pointless of course.
