Nope, light can be any booking class in regional ...

Correct.

I'm curious what the booking class will be. You might expect K. For instance, LH Surprise books into K. On the other hand, there are also (target audience wise) related promos such as the Anyay Travel Pass which didn't book into K (but Q).

thanks for sharing. I just bought the 9 h pass for me and my girlfriend and booked the following flights starting in FRA: Paris, Barcelona, Vienna (round trips). It is exactly 9 h flight time.

I'm struggling to see how this works out to be a great deal unless it books into a fare bucket other than K!

A 6h pass costs €249 so call it €41.5/h

FRA-PAR-FRA counts as 2h 25m flying time, so let's call that €100.29 from the 6h pass.

You can buy a FRA-PAR-FRA r/t for cash at LH.com for €98.40 ai

EDIT: I'm sure there are specific routes which might be good value. It can't be good value everywhere, though, or I don't think LH would sell it @:-)
