Niki flight booking
 
I want to book a flight operated by Niki.

Is there still any chance of Niki going bankrupt? Or is the takeover by Lufthansa/Eurowings finished by now?

Are their schedules for 2018 up to date? Or should I expect changes?

I'd strongly suggest to not book any niki tickets until the (possible) takeover by LH/EW had been completed.
There are strong concern that the takeover might not go ahead at all.
