booking.com partner for M&M air miles
You can now get M&M air miles when using booking.com to book a hotel stay:
https://hotelandtourismonline.com/20...h-booking-com/
Anyone know how long it takes for the miles to come through to your M&M account?
It has been over 7 days, and no sign yet.

It's been two and a half weeks for me and still nothing. I sent an email to Booking.com, asking how long it usually takes and they didn't seem to have any idea what I was talking about. Finally gave up after two surreal exchanges and sent an email to Miles&More a week or so ago, but I haven't hear back yet.
But I did another booking last week and I seem to remember it said 812 weeks somewhere during the booking process.

- The partnership also applies to KLM. Any idea what the rate is for KLM?

It takes quite some time, but the miles will be credited (providing the hotel reservation was made on Booking.com via LH link). As far as I remember it takes around a month or so. When talking about it to Booking.com , they say "we submitted the info to M&M, so contact them". When M&M is asked, you hear "get in touch with Booking.com". One just must be patient and wait. They are only award miles and it's not a great number of miles, they will be credited but it takes time.

I tried to book yesterday through the link that enables LH M&M accrual. My experience was for a 4 nights stay in Osaka and the reward was 1003 miles. The problem is that the same hotel also in booking.com without accessing via the LH link (no accrual and no Lufthansa information or M&M reference) was 51 more expensive.
I did a simple calculation and if according to the website onemileatatime.com the value of 1 mile is 1,2 cents (), I was paying 51 for a value in miles of 12. Is my logic correct? Because if this is the case, I think booking.com is getting 300% revenue for this partnership which doesn't benefit the M&M customers at all.

In my example, if the EuroBonus affiliate AVIS website will offer me a car for a rate which is cheaper than 1.000 EuroBonus points are worth it, I'll book it. If not, I book without the affiliate link and save the money.
Btw, same with booking.com in general. I only use them if they are much cheaper than the hotels (or chains) own website factoring in the value of the benefits I'm missing out and not getting any stay credit or points for the program.
