Austrian has most certainly received the ticket for the AI FR reservation and should be able to see the allowance. You should be able to pull up the same using the saudia site and entering the 098 ticket number. (saudia.com-> MANAGE BOOKINGS -> e-Ticket )

Hi all
I came through 1 step further than everyone else a few hours ago. The biz checkin staff first dealt with my 1pc overweight luggage, then the HKG manager came over and told me I am only entitled to the 30kg luggage allowance from the ticketing carrier. Whilst I was trying to fight for the 2pc + 1 for *G, checkin closed and im left SOL...

After years of flying its the first time I have gotten to this! Is this special to LX?

(PS: I’m a *G too and was flying w a non *G +1!)

X Fare

Hi,

I booked an LH ticket from FRA-OSLO in economy using Aeroplan points. It came up as an X fare. Does this ticket include a checked bag?

Thanks

Welcome to Switzerland, country of accuracy.
Bags are not free, as it says on your itinerary. However, it does not say that with your booking, you cannot check bags.
You paid for bags through the award tickets fare.
So you can check bags.

To the best of my knowledge it is more universal and generic than that.

All award tickets on LH come with free checked luggage according to travel class and status;
