Crossed 100k in September. looks like i will end at 150-160k this year, totally misplanned my private flights should have not bought that cheapo D fare in January. Thanks to careful work flight planning I will even get 125k select miles... . LH group P fares seem to be available for < 2000€ if you book 28+ days in advance and stay more than 7 days at the destination, so no 3000€ corporate fares on EK to Asia. LOT is pricing N. America so cheap our 2800€ Delta fare has no chance.

I am dropping to FTL after 10 straight years as SEN.

Never flew LH that much, and apart from SQ I have been unimpressed with STAR over Oneworld and AF/DL.

similar here, first made SEN in 2006, dropping to FTL with massive 11,897 status miles this year.

Around 25k in my "dead" year. Very likely will end up with 31 or 32k.

For Jan/Feb 2018 I have already bookings for around 45/50k, however I will struggle to reach the 100k by the end of the year.

At 90,3K, have another 3,2K booked, should be able to reclaim another 1,8K, so need 5K, may do a bit more travel before end of year, but if not, any easy mileage runs from BRU?

Return trip on LX(LH) to Europe via ZRH(or Germany) with 2 segments in P and 2 in Z would yield 5000 miles incl. the executive bonus

28 segments already done and 4 coming up in November, so I will squirm my way to another two years of FTL.

Might also end up flying easyjet on German domestic next year in the light of recent events...

Currently at around 160k status miles. Will not requalify SQ PPS this year as I mostly flew LX where I could upgrade most of the flights to F. Also when booking short notice I had no chance to fly SQ as they were always sold out on the evening flights and even as a PPS you only get a booking guarantee in economy; totally useless.

Damn. I knew it was bad for you, no idea it was this bad.
I mean, one lastminute overseas trip for me and I can overtake you?

But failing that, I'll be stuck at best halfway to FTL. I'll try to get at least that next year, unless some status match in *A shows up.

I read somewhere, at 80.000 select miles, you can convert some of your award miles to status miles. If so, where does this happen?

It's a select benefit with a ratio of 2:1 and maximum 20,000 awards. If it works.. not there yet
