New LO route to SIN announced - various domestic airports

LO have announced a new route to SIN, originating from WAW (with other domestic airports as feeders, presumably).

I just went to SIN via SQ (ZRH-SIN). Honestly, the thought of travelling on an 11-13 hour LO night flight in Eco fills me with horror! The trip with SQ was relatively pleasant though.

Oliver, what is the F basis in this case?

I've been waiting for this direct link for ages as it cuts out one connection in my case. Even when travelling onwards to Australia I can get the job done with just two flights now, something that would have previously required me to fly with the likes of EK (err... no thanks!).

Haven't heard good things about the C seat though, but I haven't tried it out myself yet (only been in C on JL's 787 so far).

Discount business class. Seems like a new creature (available since 18.11), earnings same as Z in M&M but perhaps nada in other programs until they update chart.

It's a standard seat from the Boeing parts bin catalog. Nothing wrong with it and I'd choose it over any LH group offering any day of the week (not a fan of the staggered config or foot play).

So 1,407 Euros for a return ticket in biz or am I not reading that right?

Either way, really looking forward to this direct connection finally launching. Watching the likes of Beijing, Seoul (does the load factor justify this route?) or Tokyo (ditto the previous question) being added to the routemap and yet still no sign of Singapore has been annoying to say the least. Finally the wait is over. Well, nearly...

That's just the base fare add taxes and scam fees on top.

Supposedly ICN is doing really well, NRT was recently bumped to 4x and both would be on track for extra rotations if it wasn't for 'bureaucracy'.

It makes for 1870 after taxes. Quite decent I think.

This is interesting news, especially considering that ICN and NRT - in contrast to the likes of SIN (or BKK for that matter) - aren't really connection hubs for popular tourist destinations. Are there any stats available on load factors for these routes? My parents recently jetted to NRT to catch a cruise but don't recall how busy the econ section was (but every 2-seat section in biz had at least one person).

Price-wise AY can be competitive, I recall paying under 3K Euro for a biz fare to SIN a while back, but of course 1,870 Euro all-in would be a remarkable offer for this route.

The Lvov routes are weird. They're clearly only for Ukrainian expats and of course there's loads of them but unless its super cheap they will just take the bus or BlaBlaCar. They're immensely price sensitive to the point of wanting to save a few PLN which is further portrayed by the hassle of flying and the limit on the crap they can take with them.
