As even LH real bus (like Frankfurt-Strassburg) does not earn any miles in my experience, I would guess also this (Post-Bus) means no miles.

According to that table, MUC-QUL would earn miles, while QUL-STR wouldn't.

I've definitely not seen that table before, so it must be new or relatively new. I recollect that the Frankfurt-Strasbourg bus was a no-go for miles collection for many years. So that's really good news that we can collect miles on all those train and bus routes.
