Eurowings in winter 2018/19 season is introducing additional route to Lanzarote. In addition to new flight offering from Berlin Tegel and Cologne, the airline will also offer Hamburg – Lanzarote service from 28OCT18, on board Airbus A320 aircraft.

That will be an experience it will be well worth investing time to avoid, me thinks. UX will offer a very mixy experience, ok for shortish flights, seriously dubious for anything longer. We’ll see what the prices are like. Anyway, I always thought UX might become the next Air Berlin.

EW will move from T2 to T1B in MUC starting June 2019. Since all longhaul ops have now moved to DUS, this means about 2 million yearly pax will be moved out of T2
