First time traveling on LH and OS in PE. Any suggestions on best Y+ seats on a 747 for LH and 767 for OS? Have read front row is best with the footrest and nobody reclining into your face but wanted to see if there are any recent experiences?

I am booked on LH405 which was just changed from A340-300 to A340-600.
The first PE row is 25 so it is the version with a larger business and smaller economy class.
Currently I am in 25K which is right next to the emergency exit.
I know that this seat is awesome in the configuration in which PE starts in row 22 but does that also apply here?
Thanks in advance!

Lufthansa A380-800 premium economy seat question
Hello,
I'm upgrading to PE on a flight from IAH-FRA. Have read that seats 50d and 50g are good seats because no seat in front (stairs are there). But can you store a carry on bag under the seat in this row? I like to have access to my carry on. Otherwise I'm looking at seats in row 54. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello, no, you cannot store you carry on under your seat. In addition, the overhead bins are narrow at this place and used for aircraft equipment. So you would have to store your carry on in the lockers under the stairs, if they are not used by the crew, or in the overhead bins of the rows behind your seat.

Just booked LH 479 in PE in May which is operated by an A340-300 with a confirguration of only 18 business seats and 19 (or 21?) PE seats
On the seat selection tool, 6A and C are available (also on ExpertFlyer)
On SeatGuru and on a review with that configuration on a blog, 6 A and 6C are non-existent.
Since it was booked with a partner, I had to call to select seats and was given those seats as that was the only possibility to have 2 seats together.
But do those seats exist? What will happen next (assuming there is no aircraft swap)?
Thank for your inputs!

Lufthansa flies a similarly configured aircraft on select routes with the difference being a couple added seats in Premium Economy, along with a slight row adjustment in the front Economy cabin.

Meals are better than Y.
Not only plastic dish or not, but more side dishes. Second meal too.
Red, White wines are same as Y, I guess.
PE has sparkling wine too.
I took LH PE last week, and after ordering sparkling wine, crew went back to the galley and brought a cup of sparkling wine.
Maybe they don't put the bottle on the curt because of serving PE and Y.
Taste better than ANA C class champagne lol

Hi,
has anyone flown the A380 in the last row of PE (57H and 57K?). We have a day flight coming up to JFk and these are pretty much the only couple seats available. We will be flying with our cat so sitting in the last seats of the row might be preferable in case our cat gets a bit disgrunted.
Other than the proximity to the lavatories, any other disadvantage of row 57?
cheers
