Unable to enter passport info on lot.com

Unable to enter passport info on lot.com

I booked an award ticket on LO using UA miles. I'm trying to access the booking on lot.com to assign seats and after entering the LO PNR it asks me to enter passport info. However, despite the passport expiring in May 2021, it gives an error of "Date valid/Document expired" when trying to save.

Is there any way to make this work or I am stuck with calling?
