Using M&M miles on *A
Im looking to book and ticket a trip on TK for the summer. I have enough miles to upgrade but those miles are in my LH M&M account.
Can I use those miles to upgrade the TK trip even though Im ticketed directly with TK (ie this is not a code share scenario)?

You can only upgrade Y-->C (I assume this is the case) on TK if you book the more expensive full-fare economy classes (B, Y). Any other economy class fare can be upgraded with M&M, but only on selected LH group airlines.
