Did you ever thought about as to why someone spends his ad$ on confusing you with a lady?

I have my theory to that, the big ad mobster, while scanning the web, found you complaining all the time about LH and trying to divorce from LH since ?2006? without success, probably the algorithm established that Weero is a p....

Wrongfully of course. You see, the surveillance industry is dangerous

I actually don't think they do. The cursed place I live in simply only caters for women, so the evil middleman screws the advertiser as well by forwarding useless ads to the viewer.

A P class? Oh well at least it is Biz and quite cozy on OS or LX, even though of course the mileage earning is miserable ...

If it is not Google, I honestly do not care much to be honest.

Where is that? are there no men around? (not that I miss them, I am not from that part of the orientation), but a place with a predominantly female population isn't really cursed, isn't it?

Let me give you a hint: all the other fares are also eco or discounted fares, like Y, S, U

When did I ever make such a claim Bernie ??? Where on Earth do you have that from?

Other than girl-girl themed movies, I would not know such a place ...

None of these start with a P. You are trying to weasel yourself out of the previous statement!

Absolutely. In my book.

But why FaceCrook? That is like starring in a porn flick and then lamenting about one's privacy. Zuckerzwerg has proven time and time again that all he ever says is not just outdated quickly but a premeditated lie for anyone with a working memory.

To the prior stuff, I am just teasing you, but you are getting old stretch your brain a bid

There is a very simple tool against FaceCrook and Zuckerzwerg (hillarious), just get Mozilla, ....... Plus or the offshoot, type a filter rule *facebook* and Zuckerzwerg is gone

So what is your bid?

Or are you stretching my brain and orifices again?

Not to worry. FaceCrook, YouTube adds are on my suppressed lists for a very, very long time.

Lufthansa to spin off Miles&More into a new independent company with WorldShop

Looks like MM is going solo within the LH group - Worldshop to be merged into it as well. Supervisory board proposed the idea and will be voted on at Annual meeting on 29 April in HAM

Lufthansa to spin off Miles&More into a new independent company with WorldShop

While rumors around this very subject seem to have been around for quite some time, here comes the first official announcement I have seen anyway regarding Lufthansa and Miles&More.
Lufthansa said that its frequent-flyer programme, which has more than 25 million members, would be merged with its Lufthansa WorldShop retailer and operated in an independent company under the name Miles & More GmbH.

Having been a long-term Aeroplan "Super Elite" customer previously- if that experience is anything to go by- don't expect any new benefits or features to come to the end user from this transaction.

MMI was a separate entity from day 1 when Weber set it up in the Bermudas to avoid German law. When Franz came it was merged into LH Passage as part of the Marketing group, now its outside again. This is not an Aeroplan like spin off.

The financial press is saying it is similar to both the Air Canada and the Air Berlin transactions. While I do agree they can often be wrong (the press)- and horribly misinformed- what I do find are a number of similarities between this spinoff and the Aeroplan operation. Merging the company with Worldshop will probably generate short-term income for Lufthansa- longer term though I don't know how well it can work out for the customers of Miles&More- it certainly goes a very long way however in explaining why mileage earnings have been reduced as heavily as they have been.

At this point, it looks like a slight change of plans. Instead of looking for a partner to spin it off directly, M&M will be operated seperately for some time within the group (with a partner buying a certain share later on)

I have to say that it is a bit disappointing given the advanced status of the original plan some months ago.

This sentence from the annual report 2013 however does not bode well for 2014 M&M economy class customers:

The next step for the frequent flyer programme will be to introduce a series of enhancements in 2014. The miles awarded in Economy Class will more closely reflect the value of the ticket purchased.

I think that airlines have decided that loyal customers are too expensive and that loyalty is not worth rewarding.

Indeed. Sounds like potential work behind the scenes with UA to emulate the recent DL "enhancements" is going on already.
