Lufthansa Business Class seats
 
Plan to book an award ticket at business class from FRA to SFO. Not sure if I should go with Airbus 380 or Boeing 747-8I. Which business seating is better?

LH 747-8I is far superior than LH 388 for C class product. No doubt for that.

LH flies 380 from FRA to SFO, 747-8I from FRA to LAX.

On SeatGuru, 747-8I has longer pitch and flat bed. I thought 388 also had flat bed.

well if you want to slide out of your seat then a380 if you don't then 748

It's seasonal.... SFO is currently served by a 747-400.

LH def has a 747-800 on the LAX-FRA route as I almost booked that option for next weekend, but opted for a break in EWR instead (and more pqm)....10+ hours in coach sucks.
