One of my flights is cancelled but it shows up as ok on my online account.
It is an award flight. Hope there won't be any problem for rebooking (I am in a arabic country so local office will be opened tomorrow, probably a better option than trying to call german number now).

The latest announcement on LH.com
The Lufthansa Group's flight operations will be considerably restricted on Monday 22 April 2013 as a result of the planned warning strike by the ver.di trade union.
Due to the announced strike actions on Monday, 22 April, nearly all Lufthansa flights within Germany and Europe will be cancelled. Only a select few short-haul flights will operate on Monday, such as in Berlin, where strike actions should end by 2:30pm CET. In all, only 20 of the 1,650 planned Lufthansa short-haul flights on Monday will operate due to the limited flight schedule.
In addition to the cancellations in Germany and Europe, massive flight cancellations and delays are to be expected for long-haul flights beginning Sunday April, 21. Of the 50 planned flights in Frankfurt, only six will operate; in Munich, of the 17 planned flights, only three will operate; whereas, in Dusseldorf all three long-haul flights are scheduled to operate as planned.
Flights operated by Germanwings will not be affected.
Lufthansa regrets any inconvenience to Lufthansa passengers caused by the threatened strike measures by ver.di and will do its utmost to minimise impacts on passengers. Passenger support and service has paramount priority.

It will be a strike by LH employees. Why should Etihad flights be affected?

LH strikes are good for ME carriers...
I am not directly affected by the 22nd since I am flying to Europe only in May. Glad I took the Decision at the time to shun LH/LX due to pricing and the high risk of strike. Let other carriers have my money.. Hope the EU will implement a ban on striking the transport system soon!

Rebooking/refund due to strike?
I was due to fly FRA-LCY tomorrow (Monday) but due to the strike it seems this is unlikely to go ahead. I do need to travel, an extra overnight at FRA isn't an option.
I tried to call last night as soon I read about tomorrow's cancellations, but after several tens of minutes going round the Warteschleife I gave up.
I then made alternative arrangements with Another Fine Carrier. 1x Reward Flight Saver @ 4500 Avios + £15, and I'm all set.
Question is, how should I handle this from now? What do people do if they don't have miles to redeem on other carriers in this sort of circumstance?
Do I request a full refund of my ticket from LH and just walk away, happy in the knowledge I was able to find myself a reasonably-priced alternative at such short notice?
Should I have stayed in the telephone queue until I got through through and asked/insisted LH rebook me for travel on Monday, even if it meant them finding another carrier?
What is the LH/LX group's usual approach to dealing with strike-induced mass cancellations?
... or should I pitch up at F check-in at FRA on Monday and play dumb? "Strike, what strike? How am I going to get to LON?!"
