So it seems that the seats will not have any leg rests. So not really an option compared to C.

Yes, very strange indeed, I would have bet on LH going for the TK premium eco seat. (Which is also their regional C). OTOH that would have been exactly the seat LH had in C till 2003-06.

The lower one is their BC-01 which they sold to Air Transat as a business class seat . Condor also chose ZIM to be their premium eco supplier. The EC-01 is supposed to be configurable as premium eco, but from the images I saw on ZIMs website I really doubt if LH would pick that one.

Air Transat has a more spacious version in a 2-2-2 on the A330:

It sounds like both ECO-01 and BC-01 can have a footrest as an option.

It is going to be difficult for LH to find the right seat and product for Y+. They want to get the Y flyer who is willing to pay more for a little more legroom. If the seat is too good, then the C flyer might downgrade and LH will loose some €.
I think that many C passengers could imagine flying in Y+ on a day flight and return in C on a night flight. But this will depend on the product.

FWIW LH is denying that these are the seats.....but maybe they have to. Maybe just because the colors will be different or some minor change.
