I have flown all three.
Granted, it's all personal preference .... they all have advantages and disadvantages.
I prefer the F cabin in the upper deck. Always have. Always will. I like that personal space for F. But, I also prefer a window seat .... and the F seat on the UD is aisle, and the bed is along the wall. Advantage is that you have both bed and seat assigned to you. Disadvantage is that you can't look out the window while in your seat -- which, after take-off, some people think is useless anyway.
The excitement of the A380 is that .... it's the A380. Many features are nice (ie bathroom, personal closet, etc). But you have a seat that converts into a bed.
Some people like the 747-8 F cabin because it is in Zone A. No one is wandering thru the cabin.
I usually prefer to sit a bit further back in a cabin and watch what's going on ... except if F is in Zone A, then I want row 1. So, on the 747, I take Row 83, Row 2 on the A380, but Row 1 on the 747-8.
Confused yet?

Just my 2 cents:
To answer the question for the best F product out of FRA: CX in my opinion (does not matter if 747 or 777).
For LH in that order:
747 (if you don't get the old seats). Lots of space around you. Row 83 is my preferred row, then 82 and 81. Row 84 gets some more noise from the galley. But you cannot watch movies when in bed (they should make the monitor movable and bigger).
747-8. Row 1 is best. The foot area of the seat pair is narrower, so avoid these. I like being in the nose. Less foot traffic and quieter.
380. The layout is not much different from 330/340, but since the front staircase is blocked off there is almost no traffic. No preference for a specific seat (and guaranteed to get a new seat). 380 is quieter than the 747 or 340.
340 out of MUC. Good chances for a new seat. More traffic to/from cockpit than in 380 (some crews constantly walk thru the cabin, get reading material etc - more disturbance)
340 out of FRA (old seats)

B744 for a night-time flight. The bed area is really comfortable and private and you do not get disturbed by folks passing by.
B748 may be better for a day flight if you are not planning extended sleep.

For me refurbished 744 is the ultimate F cabin ( on LH ).
You get privacy quietness and a bed plus a seat. Its more a private jet feeling than the new cubicles on the A 380 or the front end of the 747-8.
I prefer the 744 F over the claustophobic seats on Emirates anytime. Plus cabin service standard on EK seems to go costantly downhill since 2 years, now LH is better!
